If an application is cancelled or rejected before it is sent to the institution, a minimum of 20% of the Service Fees will be withheld as a cancellation charge.
GST paid is non-refundable if an application is cancelled for any reason.
After it has been submitted to the university, if the application is cancelled or rejected for any reason, Transcriptskart may deduct GST, Service fee, and transactional charges incurred in payment gateways and refund only the University fees back to you, subject to university refund of university fees.
If, after submitting an application to the University, it is placed on hold owing to a lack of information, supplying incomplete/wrong documents, or any other reason, the application will be closed automatically after three months. There will be no refunds in this circumstance.
The estimated delivery timeframes are based on previous experience or historical data from educational institutes. The actual time required may differ significantly from the estimations provided.
Once the order is complete, the application will be closed automatically after one month, and any transcripts or documents relating to the transaction will be shredded if the client does not collect them within one month for whatever reason. There will be no refunds in this circumstance.

If the amount needs to be refunded for any reason, after your refund request is received and the reason is inspected, and if your request is approved, your refund will be processed through the same payment gateway you paid through in 20-25 working days, after the necessary deductions as outlined above.
Transcriptskart may ask the user to pay additional fees if the fees paid by the user are less than the real fees owing to technical faults or other reasons.
If the documents are falsified or manipulated, we will not be held liable; your application will be cancelled without reimbursement, and you will be held responsibility.
Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, formerly known as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory changes to that Act. The Arbitral Tribunal will be composed of a single arbitrator nominated by the Company. If the User invokes the arbitration clause, the user is responsible for all arbitration expenditures until the Arbitrator issues the verdict.
The Arbitrator shall establish the Company's duty to pay arbitration fees based on the nature of the claim raised by the User (whether such claims are frivolous or not), the amount sought, the amount awarded, and any other circumstances that the Arbitrator considers appropriate. If the Company invokes the arbitration clause, the expenses of the arbitration procedures shall be shared equally by the Parties, subject to determination by the Arbitrator and reflected in the award. The arbitration will take place at Bengaluru (City), Karnataka (State), India (Country). The Agreement will be governed by Indian law. The provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 will regulate the procedure.
